The beauty of these three exercises is that you work the whole arm, while also getting into the back and core. They are quick and easy, and can be done anywhere - with or without free weights.
There's no need to lift heavy with these, and they work to sculpt long and lean arms. Moreover, they are great for your postural muscles. When standing, make sure that your spine and head are long, your core is constantly switched on, and that you're not leaning forwards or back.
With each set keep the reps slow and controlled, and make sure to tense the muscles during the lengthened and contracted movements. You want to create heat and a little shake in the muscle, so no big movements: think small and strong. The rest of the body remains still and constantly engaged.
Do 20 reps for each set, depending on your weights - or until you feel the burn! Start now and see the benefits really quickly.
