Our fiery and energetic instructor Natalie Walker has created a killer full body workout using only your body weight - the best part, it only takes 10 minutes!

Get ready to see the results as this simple and effective combination of quick bursts and long burns will give you the energy and drive to see you through the summer!

With this sequence you can either go through all of the exercises continuously and then rest for 30 seconds at the end, or take a 10 second break in between each exercise. Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. Good luck!The choice is yours on how intense you want it to be!
