Move over juice cleanse, there’s a new trend in town which involves cleansing your pits. Yes that’s right, you heard it here on Inspire first. Armpit cleansing IS most definitely a thing - and here’s why.

Considering all of the above, let’s not forget, sweating is actually healthy. Our bodies need to sweat in order to stay cool, it also helps eliminate toxins and level out immune function across our system. We were born with around approximately 2 million to 4 million sweat glands, we may as well put them to use, right?
All things considered, we’re not saying banish your conventional deodorant immediately.
