If you’re looking for something to boost your MOOD….

Mood is a tricky thing. It’s easily influenced to spike both up and down, but to keep it on an up it’s essential to have enough essential fatty acids, antioxidants & amino acids as a foundation.

  • For anxiety & blood sugar swings: Berry Bomb. With an added boost of Vitamin D & B12, this beauty helps hormonal regulation, helps regulate the metabolism and can balance appetite.
  • For the feel-good factor: The big breakfast smoothie. The oats in this one are a great source of magnesium, the destress vitamin that also masquerades as a muscle relaxant so perfect for post spin.

If you’re looking for strength & recovery….

The key to building strength is recovery. Your post workout window is the perfect time to replace muscle glycogen, supply the body with the building blocks it needs for protein synthesis and if you want to go one step further, makes lots of rich anti-inflammatory vitamins available.
